Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
Meyes (“Meyes,” the “App,” or the “Service”) is a mobile application developed and operated by an independent developer (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what information the App and this website process.
2. Videos and media
When you select a video, Meyes processes it locally on your device. The App may create temporary local files for processing and export. Imported videos and custom avatar images are not uploaded to Meyes-operated servers. Exported videos can be saved to Photos with your permission. Services you enable, such as iCloud Photos, operate under their own policies.
3. Local app data
Meyes may use local device storage for preferences, onboarding state, processing progress, temporary files, and custom avatar images. Local data may remain until removed by App controls, iOS, or deletion of the App. Videos already saved to Photos are not removed when Meyes is deleted.
4. Information we do not collect through the App
The current App does not require an account and does not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. We do not operate a database of user videos, sell personal information, or track activity across other companies’ apps for advertising.
5. Permissions
Apple’s system media picker lets you choose specific videos or images. Meyes may request permission to add completed videos to Photos. The core workflow does not require location, contacts, camera, or microphone access.
6. Website data
Cloudflare may process technical request information—including IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security signals—to deliver and protect meyes.app. The website does not intentionally use advertising trackers or behavioral analytics. 7. Support communications
If you email support@meyes.app, we receive the address, message, and anything you voluntarily attach. We use it to answer your request and may retain it as reasonably necessary for support, records, and legal obligations. Avoid sending sensitive information or private media unless necessary.
8. Sharing and security
We do not sell or rent personal information. Limited information may be processed by providers needed for website hosting, security, and email, or disclosed where legally required. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of information we hold. Media stored solely on your device cannot be remotely accessed or deleted by us. Contact support@meyes.app about information you sent directly.
10. Children and third parties
Meyes is not designed to collect personal information from children. Apple services, Cloudflare, email providers, and services you choose are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. The current version will remain at meyes.app/privacy. Questions: support@meyes.app.
